Regarding Inspection Policy

A. Definition

Goods inspection involves checking and comparing the received products/items under the conditions in which PARAGON sends them against the products in the customer’s order.

B. Regulations

  1. Inspection Time:
    • PARAGON allows customers to inspect goods with delivery personnel at the time of receipt. Trial testing is not supported.
    • After receiving the goods, customers should inspect them on the spot. If any discrepancies are found, customers can exchange the items directly with Paragon’s delivery staff. Please note that if inspecting later, customers are advised to record a video when opening the package for reference if needed within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Scope of Goods Inspection:
    • Customers are allowed to inspect the actual received products, compare them, and check against the items ordered on the invoice after PARAGON personnel confirm the order based on criteria such as product code, light color, size, detailed specifications, etc.
    • Absolutely no activation of warranties or product point accrual during the inspection process.
  3. Handling Procedures for Incorrectly Received Goods:
    • If, during joint inspection, the received products do not match those ordered by the customer, please contact the hotline at 09144 09142 or email Support@paragon.com.vn for customer service to confirm the order.
    • If PARAGON incorrectly packs the order according to the customer’s request, the customer may choose not to accept the goods and make no payment. In the case of pre-paid orders, the customer can request a correct replacement, and PARAGON will deliver it at the earliest convenience.
    • If PARAGON packs the order correctly according to the initial order, but the customer makes changes, they can request an exchange and apply the product return policy. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges (if applicable).
  4. Channels for Customer Complaints:
    • Users can send an email to Support@paragon.com.vn or call the Hotline at 09144 09142 to adjust or delete their personal data.
